Submit direct to Staging on 6.7

TS 5.5 had an option on the drop-down menu to submit directly to the Staging Area

File > Submit Direct

TS 6.7 seems not to have this option?

Does anybody know why?

This facility was removed in 6.5.

You need to add your own entry to the available_templates.cfg that references the 'default/default_submit.wft' workflow template.

I guess the reason for the change is that it means all workflow access configuration is done in the same way for all workflows.
