It's a binary program - intended to perform what amounts to seteuid functionality - and it is unlikely that Interwoven will provide the actual source code for it.

Many are binaries, meaning compiled code. So you cannot look at the source code. Others are perl, maybe some javascript, those are readable. IW has rewritten much of the code from perl so there may be few perl cgi's left.
