Download of specified resource has failed

Hi All,
On one of the machines in our network we are getting the above error.

when the user selects a file and sends it for submission, on the workflow selection screen a word is displayed "Unknown". The page gives javascript error. Attached is the screenshot of the error message.
We are getting this error only on one machine and with a perticular user's login.
Can any one guess what could be the reason?

We are using TS6.7, Solaris 8

Do you guys have any customization done on "Submit" functionality? Check that, and also check if the workflows created for your branch are properly addressed in your available_templates.cfg.

Hi,
We haven't done any customization for "Submit".
Not clear what you mean by "workflows created for your branch are properly addressed in your available_templates.cfg".
All other users get the list of worklfows which should be triggered on "Submit" action.

Its only you who has a problem? what role you are logging in as while clicking submit? check the role permissions on using that particular workflow/s. run an iwreset and then login and see what happens?

Hi,

We have a userid which has role editor. As a client we are using WIN2k.
To login to local machine, we are using our own loginids, whereas TS is on solaris so we have another loginids for TS (which are OS users on solaris).
Now on a particular client machine if I login to WIN2k with a particular username then no matter which solaris userid is used, we get the error.

E.g.

Machine Name	WIN2k login	TS user/role	Error
Machine1	win_login1	Any	Yes
Machine1	win_login2	Any	No
Machine2	win_login1	Any	No
Machine2	win_login2	Any	No

Please let me know if you stil have any query.
