I am accessing the MediaBin thru TeamSite using ECM. Can someone tell me what is the reason here?

What version of the ECM Connector are you using? The latest version is called ECM Connector 2.0 and is included as part of TeamSite 6.5 SP2 (last 3 or 4 patches include the code). The previous versions were 1.0 and 1.1 and were delivered as "sample code" that is added to TeamSite as a customer toolkit.

In general, the above messsage shows up when the ECM Connector encounters an error from the MediaBin SOAP API. The UI window that displays the message usually contains a "details" button that gives the full SOAP execption. The exception should also be logged in the TeamSite servlet container log file (usually iw-home/local/logs/iwui/servletd.log). Without the full error details, it is hard to know exactly what went wrong.
