Outlook Intergration Module
System
Hi guys.
We are running Desksite 6.6 SP2 and outlook 2003 SP2. We have the iManage Outlook Intergration module install as well.
Now if we open a new message in Outlook and click on the iManage attach button it takes us to our worklist, all fine there. We we select the document we get a box saying "A program is trying to access e-mail address you have stored in Oulook. Do you wish to allow this?"
Is there anyway around this?
Many thanks to anyone who can help?
Cheers

Hi, Interwoven has a tech-note about this, in which it says:
Cause:
In recent service packs for Outlook XP and in Outlook 2003, Microsoft added the warning message above if one attempts to programmatically access the "body property" of an email. It is necessary for MailSite to access the body property in order to preserve email headers
Resolution:
Microsoft has confirmed this is a bug and has released a hotfix for this issue. When contacting Microsoft, please reference the following KB numbers:
KB 894316 - Outlook XP
KB 896498 - Outlook 2003
After installing the Microsoft hotfix, to prevent the error message from occurring, it is also necessary to upgrade to MailSite 8.0 SP1 and create/enable the following registry locations (see below) to "turn off" the security warning.
MailSite
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Interwoven\WorkSite\8.0\MailSite
and set the DWORD "Outlook Message Header Fix" to a value of "1".
FileSite
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Interwoven\WorkSite\8.0\FileSite
and set the DWORD "Outlook Message Header Fix" to a value of "1".
Hope it solves the issue
