refresh the wf form

In my workflow form have dropdown selection list. I want to refresh the wf form, after selecting the value.

How to call refresh option in the javascript onChange method? or Is any other way to refresh the form?

On the first thought, it is not possible to refresh the form being displayed through workflow as once it got rendered on the server only.

Repost the workflow data back to the instantiator to refresh the form. You need to make the form data as workflow variables to achive this.
