How to include CSS in Livesite Component

I am using this code to include CSS in Livesite 2.2.1. But this is not working. This is working fine in Livesite 2.1.0 but not in 2.2.1.
Please suggest me a way out.

You might try placing $URL_PREFIX at the beginning of your link element's href attribute. At run-time, the server will replace this token with the correct value based on where the page is deployed.

A better way to include CSS is to use the Shared Resources section within Page Settings or when editing the default.site file. This applies styles on a per-page or per-site basis, which allows you to re-use the component across sites but with a slightly different style on each site.

Using the example you gave and Will's suggestion, try this instead:

&amp;amp;amp;lt;link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="$URL_PREFIX/common/css/13cs/main.css"/&amp;amp;amp;gt;

The other thing to be sure of is selecting the right site in the PREVIEW SETTINGS section of the Edit Component form. That main.css file should be present in the workarea of the site you select in the dropdown.

Also, if this is a css file that will be used by most components, we recommend adding the css file as a site resource. Do this by editing the default.site file in the sites folder in the workarea root. Again, be sure to select this site in the PREVIEW SETTINGS dropdown when previewing the component.

You can include code snippets in the post by placing them under [ CODE ], [ HTML ] etc custom tags. If you set your editor type as WYSIWYG under Control Panel then this could be achieved via embedded toolbar.
