Disabling New Form option in user task

User has an option available for creating a new form on all the user tasks. Is there any way to disable the options like New Form/New File?
My business requirement is such that I have to disable the New Form in all the user tasks other than production task. Is there any way I can handle this?

How do you want the user to take action on the user task?

I do not want the user to be able to create a new form or new file in all the user tasks only in Production task.

Is there any action associated with user task like approval or rejection?? User task require user interaction that it why it is user task.

If you feel that there is no interaction required from user make it an external task.

I do need the user interaction. I have Done, Reject,Assign,Approve and many more options in the user tasks. So i cant make them external tasks.

Can send the screen shot of which user form you are refering to (or explain in more detail your senario), as far as I know user task does not show any form, only path for transition to next task (approve or reject or done etc).

Does the user need to be able to edit/modify the file(s) associated with the task? If not - perhaps making the task readonly will suffice?
