Getting task transition comments history.

Vijay_Lnt

Hi All,

We are sending notification from our workflow. We are attaching html file in the mail.
In this html we have to display the history for all the comments entered by contributor / reviewer / approver etc.
e.g.
1. If contributor has enter comments – “Contributed , kindly Please review”
2. If reviewer has rejects and enter comments – “Rejected , kindly update.”
3. If contributor resubmits and enter comments – “Resubmitted, kindly review”

In this case I have to display

Comments Name of the Actor Date
======== ============= ======
1. Contributed , kindly Please review XYZ 05/12/2006
2. Rejected , kindly update. ABC 05/13/2006
3. Resubmitted, kindly review XYZ 05/14/2006

I am able to get only previous comments, but I need all the transition comments for all the tasks corresponding to particular jobid.

Any hints / ideas?????

Thanks in advance
Vijay.

What do you mean by previous comments??

Are you using any submit task in between the workflow?? If yes, please check on SaveComments property for the submit task.

Also please be more clear about your error/issues along with work environment. Also state as how you are creating your workflow?? Using static wft file or using WFConstuctor.pm to generate one.

Most likely, CallBack comments or usertask comments, as created by the user.
