Worksite Error

Offlate we are observing a problem in the setup where the tomcat hangs and users get a page cannot be displayed.
org.apache.tomcat.threads.ThreadPool logfull
I have incread the allocated memory to jvm also.But dosent help.
Can some pls help.Attached is screen shot
