TrustedLogin integration with Windows Account passwords?

Hi,
I am developing a web app using the Interwoven API and ASP.NET. The users do not want to be automatically logged into the application based on their windows credentials (TrustedLogin2). However they want to be able to login using their windows username and password. Is there a way to do this with Interwoven?
