CLT iwsubmit does not runs

Hi,
I'm trying to submit all files from a specifi workarea to staging area.
I'm using a workflow and I added an external task that recall a simple perl script.
During debug of script perl iwsubmit command does not work! Return the following message:
ERROR:02006: Error locating Update'

see below an extract of perl script and, please suggest me some solution to perfome my task.

Looks like you have added Submit comments but file comments are missing. Try adding comments for the file too.
Something like:
$cmd = "D:/Interwoven/Teamsite/bin/iwsubmit.exe -w -u -c 'Last_Update' $WorkareaName 'File_Updated' ";
