error during un-installing TS 6.5 SP2....

Hi All,
I am facing an issue while un-installing TS 6.5 SP2.
I had TS 6.5 SP2 and Livesite 2.2.1 installed on my m/c
To have the TS 6.5 SP1 env back, I uninstalled LS2.2.1 from start-control panel-add/remove programs menu.
Now if I try to uninstall TS 6.5 sp2 it gives me following error..

\iwinstall\products\TeamSite\TS650SP2\UninstallerData>TS650SP2.bat

Launching Interwoven TeamSite 6.5.0 Service Pack 2 uninstaller in GUI mode.

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/interwoven/instal
l/util/swing/UninstallerFrame

any hint?

By all means, call support.

However I have had poor luck with uninstalls before with TS and have had to remove everything (iw-home and registry settings) to get things to work. It is ugly and I hope support can help, cause that is a bad answer.

Do you have an old directory of your iwinstall? Interwoven products look in that directory for certain files or strings in order to install/reinstall. Might try renaming that directory and see if you can uninstall?

that did not help either...
I heard back from support saying I should try re-installing TS sp2 which is weird but I did try..
that also didnt help ..

I've uninstalled SP2 on Solaris once, without problems... can you perhaps try the Console mode uninstall, if that exists?

If by Console mode you mean via Start->All Programs then it does not exist.
But I tried through command line also with same exception thrown.
