errors in OpenDeployment

Hi,

We are using OD6.0. The deployments were fine until previous week, but now the deployments were hanging up and the progress/status of the deployments is always showing "setting up" and they are never getting completed.
I saw the error "Could not create JNDI Context: javax.naming.NamingException: Failed to connect to JNDI provider [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused]
EventServer might not be running, please restart EventServer" in od.log file and did the changes according to the knowledgeBase of the Interwoven Support (stopped admin server and then the nodes; started the nodes and then the admin server).
But this doesn't resolved the issue. And I also see the error "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError" in the og.log file.
I am attaching od.log file for reference. Any kind of help will be highly appreciated.
