Service Unavailable Error

Hi All,
After the installation of teamsite 6.5 , We have created a couple of dct's and tpls and configured templating.cfg. However when we open the dct's , we get a service unavailable error, we cannot preview the dct files. Has anyone encountered this problem before?

What OS are you running?

im running it on win2k3 server

I checked to see the 3 services mentioned and all 3 are up and running ? any thing else that I can check ??

Is there a firewall between the client machine (i.e. yours) and the TeamSite server that might be causing it to not render properly? I'm doubtful that this would be the issue but I thought I would ask.

nope ... i thought i would mention something however. Teamsite doesnt run on the standard port 80 .. it runs on 82. is there some setting i would have to make somewhere as a consequence of this ?
