ODbase not running

hello,
we installed opendeploy base in a machine where ODadmin is installed, but for some unknown reason the ODbase service isnot running,
any ideas or suggestions why it wouldnt be running?

just to explain lil more, so we installed ODbase on top of ODadmin and rebooted the machine, the ODadmin services are running.. but the ODbase service isnot.

Have you bothered to examine the log files?
Also - when posting - please try to include platform and product version information.
