Deployment error in OD 6.0.2

While deploying, we are getting the following error:

Could not find any info on the same. Has anyone faced this error?

Please provide the entire log file, and also your config file atleast for your DD.
Then some one can help, from the Error, either you are using some "keyword" for your data column name or you don't have write permissions onthe target directory.
