Error Upgrading to 6.7.1 from 6.7.0

I thought i would address this here before opening a case with interwoven.
Well for all those who have already installed 6.7.1, they might have gone through docs which says to install OD admin server before installing 6.7.1. Thats what i did, but for doing that i had to get rid of SP1 on win 2003, because of the bug for OD installation.

So now i am trying to install 6.7.1 whn every thing is straightened out, i am getting this error, can anyone help me out here or suggest me a work around.

Never saw anything like that when I installed TS. & I did install OD Admin first as well.

You may delete the TeamSite directory that was created when you unpacked the exe and try to reinstall.

No it didn't help, I am thinking more in terms of, throwing back that sp1 for windows on the server and try again. What do you think?

well i tried after dumping Sp1 in there, but still it didn't like me.....
