How can relationships expressed by the structure of the taxonomy captured/utilized using Metatagger?

This is well documented in the user guide. MT Studio allows you to model a poly-hierarchical taxonomy and to capture related terms (so you have vertical and horizontal relationships). You can also model alternate terms for the same node.
