Reviewer Name in visual Annotate

Hi,
Im using TS 6.5 for Windows.
In my workflow, i've configured Visual annotate and it it working perfect except for one thing.

Lets say "author1" has started the workflow. then the flow goes to "echo" for approval. In the Review section, if "echo" does any stamping (approve or reject), it shows below the name as "frank". He is just another user in the same group. thats all. After multiple cycles, in the review tool bar, under reviews, it shows "Review Snapshot 1 created by echo on xxxx" and "Review snapshot2 created by echo on ****"

It shows the correct reviewer name in the tool bar. But on the exact snapshot, the notes and the stampings bear the user name "frank"

i dont know from where it takes the user name "frank".
Any body can suggest something behind this behaviour.
