Indexer re-index frequency and full re-indexing

Hi,

I'm helping a customer to work on the WSMP Indexer,

1) Is there any way to change the re-indexing frequency? What's the default re-indexing frequency? I'm referring to incremental re-indexing.

2) Is there any way to trigger a full re-indexing??

1. open server\config\programs\indexer.properties, find the following line:

com.imanage.cms.index.maintenance.interval=86400

change the value to whatever interval you want (in seconds). If you set it to a short interval, you may run into performance issues.

2. In Configuration Manager, go to the node for the library you want to reindex, right click on it, check "Re-Index Library", restart the indexer.
