Selective deployment

TeamSite 6.7.0 on Windows 2003, OpenDeploy 6.1.0

I am trying to deploy from a TeamSite edition to a workarea on another TeamSite server. I want to achieve the following with one deployment script:

1) Deploy only certain directories (e.g., /img, /css)
2) Deploy everything under /templatedata except DCRs (but keep the data directories)

I'm using trial and error and I keep getting mixes of success and failure. One wierd thing is that it is deploying all folders under /templatedata back up to the docroot.

I have attached my configuration file (renamed from promote.xml). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
