filtering DCR list to generate a list

I am new to TeamSite developing and trying to get up to speed ... reading manuals and polishing my languages. I will greately appreciate assistance with the following task.

We are using publisher.tpl to parse the DCRs in a directory, grab some information, write it to a file and generate an html list of story links. I need to edit publisher.tpl to filter out test dcrs and all junk and include only the press releases that are marked good for publishing. I will be fine with a line of code to filter out DCRS whose names that include strings like test,testing,bad,working. Here is the code

to start with, having junk in the directory consututed some bad practice. Under no circumstances should one keep junk in a production box.

Even if the junk does exist, the approval process should take care of that.

Having said that, you will need to add some extra regexes in the following line:
