Update Document Security/Meta data on WS or Folder

Hi,

I need to put together a spec sheet for my developer to code a utility to help us manage our growing Workspace collection.

I am looking for an application that will allow us to update in bulk Workspace security (refile on a workspace level or folder level) as well as the ability to update the meta-data (classes, and custom values).

E.G. - Add Group AGB to Workspaces with Full Access
- Add User ASOOK to Folder "Executed Docs" with Read/Write
- Change X sub-folder's class to DOC from IMPORT

Is there any code sample code available for this? Our firm has licensed the SDK.
