Well, we do not have FormAPI for this DC Page. So, you are pretty much restricted to plain vanilla JS.

Use CGI_info directive, pre_tagtable_html or post_tagtable_html to insert your JS code.
Use TAG_Info directive, html property to set js calls onChange, onClick or whatever is your fancy...
