Unable to Upload files after editting it

Hi, currently I am facing one big problem that is, the end users are reporting that they are not able to upload any files to their shared workarea after modifying it. However, they were able to upload the files after modifying it before. But I am able to when I try with my id. Note my id has administrator rights and can edit all files in all shared workareas. However, they are able to upload once I add their id to all other shared workareas like my id.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Seems like OS folder permissions issue, while the workarea folder been set up the permissions are not been set appropriately. Seems have read access only to the folder inside the workarea.

Have you checked the permissions on these folder? May be they got reset or something (since you mentioned that they were able to upload it previously)
