DataDeploy for Date Format with TimeStamp not as per Required

Hi All,

i am facing a major problem.its related to the 'date' value that should be inserted in db in a particular format basically the time format.I am using datadeploy to send DCR metadata to an Oracle database.

TS 6.5 and OD 6.0.2 version.

metadata is as such:

TeamSite/Metadata/modified_date: 26-10-2006 15:02

my db conf file entry is :

column name="LAST_MODIFIED_DATE" data-type="DATE" data-format="dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm" db-datetime-format="dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm" value-from-field="TeamSite/Metadata/modified_date" allows-null="yes" is-url="no"

output in db (LAST_MODIFIED_DATE) column:
-------------------------------------------
10-26-2006 3:10:00.000000 AM

what basically i require is that the time stamp should not display either AM or PM.
my time should be display as: 15:02:00:000000

the first issue is related to AM/PM and the other one is minutes value. its 02 but is inserted as 10.
