Workflow My jobs and All jobs

Hi ,

I am Using Interwoven Teamsite 6.5

I have a doubt regarding the workflow "My jobs and ALL jobs".

Once i select All jobs it shows list of all jobs from all the workareas.Is it posible to configure for particular workarea.

My jobs - (As a author i created a workflow and then the notification was sent to editor for approval.).If Editor select all jobs he can see the Workflow created by author.If he selects my jobs he is not able to see the workflow created by author to Editor.How does the myjobs works.If the fucntionality is changable kindly advise how to change it.

My Jobs and All Jobs has nothing to do with the workareas. It all depends upon the owner of the workflow. If you are the owner a particular job in any workarea then it would be displayed under My Job section.

As far as All jobs are concerned... it just display all the jobs currently in the workflow store ... without checking the owner or the workarea.

If Editor select all jobs he can see the Workflow created by author.If he selects my jobs he is not able to see the workflow created by author to Editor.

The editor should be using "My Open Tasks" to see the tasks that are assigned to them, not "My Jobs". If it is a group task that has not been assigned yet, they should be using "Unassigned Group Tasks".
