TS6.7 Y: not accessible

Hi,
We have installed TS 6.7 on Windows 2000 platform. After installation is sucessfull, we are not able to access Y drive. It is saying
Y: not accessible. Invalid Paramter.
Can anyone please suggest some resolution? Its urgent.

If it's that urgent, you should call support -- this type of error requires quite a bit of information about your environment, which support is able to capture better than this message board.
