capturing value of elements

__VALUE__(tag)..the tag here is the html tag writen within tag_info
If my tag_info has the table tag and within tags i have various elements
something like this

[/HTML]

Now my concern is that how can i capture the value of these individual elements i.e value of text boc n1 or n2

I don't think it's any different than any other field in this form. I remember having to do something like this (not this fancy, though) and I was able to capture the ancillary fields -- that is, fields that I wasn't declaring the traditional way -- the same way as any of the others.

Have you tried this?

Problem here is the element name. Upon rendition "table" string will lose it's original naming and look something like that[html]

[/html]End result is an array of values instead of a scalar. You can capture the value still, note that it's a hack though and not very good
one at that. So, the following *should* work inside template _script tag:[html]...
# Do not bother to name input elements, you'll lose naming anyway
my $test_html = <

END_TABLE
...
# Get an Array
TAG_info(

test_tags =>
[ html => $test_html,
label => "Test",
is_required => 'false',
],

);
...
# Capture array elements - VALUE, not TAG! Remember, that's inside template_script
my @temp = __VALUE__('test_tags');
my $n1 = shift(@temp);
my $n2 = shift(@temp);

]]>[/html]
