I am in support for another product that works with Exchange (a DR product). One Interwoven customer is saying they are having a problem with our product co-existing with Interwoven WorkSite.

I'm not certain this is the right conclusion. Can someone point me to a good description of what happens in MAPI terms with content that is content managed with Interwoven WorkSite?
