Do any of you fine folks know if there is a way to disable the Actions pulldown menu in a workflow? We are using TeamSite 6.0.1 on a Win2K3 server

Disable? or Remove?

You can remove it using the iwov-delete element as per the User Interface Customization Guide. That's a server-wide thing though - not customizable by user, role, branch, or workarea.

You can also remove individual items from the menu through the same mechanism - again server-wide effect.

If you want to limit the access to certain menu items by role (not user, branch, or workarea) you would have to remove the OOTB menu item (as per above) and then re-create it with an operationID and then configure the roles_custom.xml file as per the User Interface Customization Guide.
