I have installed VA on my browser . The "va_enabled" property in the [visualannotate] section of iw.cfg is set to "true". All the other settings I have copied from configurable_author_submit.wft, configurable_author_submit.cfg and I'm using the same .tpls for emails. Everything is the same as in the examples. Now in the .cfg file I'm setting the "va_enabled" and ask_va_enabled properties to "no". Ideally this should disable the VA. But it doesn't happen. I can see the VA toolbar in disabled mode with a note saying "This file is not a part of the VisualAnnotate review process. Click the 'Reviews' button to view a list old snapshots." but when I refresh the browser the VA toolbar is enabled and I can annotate the file. Is this the nromal behavior? If not what could be wrong? What ideally happens when VA is disabled? Thanks,Anu.
