Force Save As Options to always show in Word

Hi!

I'd like to show the Save As Options dialog in WS (where I choose Replace Original, New Version, New Document) from Word whether I choose Save or Save As (right now it shows when I choose Save As but not when I choose Save) for a document that has been saved.

Anyone know how to do this?
