TSReport - Restart

Hi,
Our reporting module has been stopped logging the data into the relational database for about 2 weeks.
Here is the error message from the log file:
25 Jun 2006 08:18:24,000 ERROR - CSException caught in getServerName: com.interwoven.cssdk.common.CSException: (Unable to establish connection with server)

I dont know why it cant connect to the server. Do you think doing iwreset will help?

What DB are you using ? Is it the OpenJMS default ? Or did you hook up to another ? Can you connect to the DB ?

Hi,
We use MS SQL server database. And we i am still able to connect to the database.
I tried to restart the tsreport service and now i am getting a different error:
27 Jun 2006 14:07:18,466 ERROR - Caught CSException in handleMessage: com.interwoven.cssdk.common.CSObjectNotFoundException: (No workarea found)

I do you think i should do a iwreset?

In the /iw-home/tsreport/conf/tsreport.xml can you change the log level to Debug for what it is now

and stop and start reporting and see if you get more information in the log file.
