dropping ">california" from keyword results

My keyword result should return "california", but is instead returning ">california". Is this an issue with the stopwords (and if so, what is the appropriate stop word?) or the preprocessors?

FYI, it was only a matter of calling iwmthtmlproc twice in the htmlpre preprocessor group.
