submit.cfg logging

It appears as though the TS server reads in the submit.cfg file every hour. When it reads in the file it outputs everything to iwtrace.log. Does anyone know how to stop TS from writing to this log every hour. Our submit.cfg file has grown quite large and writing to our logfile every hour has created a logfile that is monstrous in size. I can't even open it with vi.

Any thoughts?

is there any change you or any other user is running iwreset every hour? that would have the effect of writing submit filter to the log.

I'm not sure access to iwreset is at all restricted, so it may not be obvious whether anyone / who is running it.
