Could not read content size from remote.

Hi all,

we are trying to deploy the content from the CMS TEST Server to CMS PRODUCTION Server.
We have the follow error:

LIB 00021: 2006-06-28 20:07:50 ERROR: Could not read remote directory acknowledgement.
LIB: 2006-06-28 20:07:50 ERROR: Could not read for directory prepare.
LIB 00024: 2006-06-28 20:07:50 ERROR: Could not send phase start message.
LIB 00019: 2006-06-28 20:07:50 ERROR: Could not read content size from remote.
LIB 00022: 2006-06-28 20:07:50 ERROR: Could not read server status, client OK.

Can anyone help us?

3 - We are going through a firewall, we have launch variuos command to verify the access on the server and on the port.
Ex. ping ****.****.****.**** OK
telnet ****.****.****.**** 20014 . OK
tracert ****.****.****.****. OK
The command respond correctly in all the direction
CMS TEST TO CMS PROD and CMS PROD to CMS TEST.

4 - We use a directory comparison deployment.

With this information can you understand something of more?

With the information provided, the only thing that stands out to me is that the Receiver is running a version of OD that is "newer" than the BaseServer - and usually you want (need?) to have the BaseServer be the same or newer than the Receiver.

Additional information from the logs (both sender side and receiver side) might shed more light on the issue. Also, you should probably contact Support...
