Backup on MediaBin

Greetings!

Is there a charted procedure for backup of content that is present on the MediaBin asset server?

How do we go about doing this? Specifically we have 2 questions to ask:

1. How to backup assets?
2. Which files to backup?

Just to put things into some perspective, the "state" in MediaBin consists of the contents of the database and the contents of the backing stored (ImageDb, a subdirectory of the MBDataDirectory). The provided utilities help with scheduling but also ensure that the two backups which obviously cannot occur completely simultaneously (unless on were to shut down the MediaBin service for the duration of the backup) stay in sync.

At this point I will also respectfully point you to the manual!
