iwfreeze backup permissions?

When we try to issue an iwfreeze in a script as a backup user on the IW server, we receive a:

ERROR:02422: No such TeamSite user

What is the special IW group that I need to add to the backup account?

This is for TS 6.5 SP1 on a W2K 2003 server.

I dont think so there would be any such group which needs to be added to the back up account. Just check out as the user which you are using for backup has been assigned with what role in Teamsite?

Try adding backup user to Teamsite Web Preview group.

I did add to Web Preview group and still receive a ERROR:02422: No such TeamSite user.

We do not use the built-in "Administrator" account on our servers. We remove these accounts and use an equivalent account for backups, etc.

Would this be a factor trying to issue the command?

Is the backup user a Master in TeamSite?

Adding the "Server Administrator User" to master.uid did the trick!
