OD5.6SP1 - Cannot find users via OD ADmin Server

Hi,

I couldn't find some user ids via OD Admin Server -> User Access -> Roles
. I always receive this error message

"Unknown Server Error

An unknown error has occurred on the server.

Those users can login to Teamsite without any problem. Their ids also added to teamsite.usr, editor.uid, od-user.uid.

The platform is SUN Solaris 9, OD 5.6SP1

Appreciate if anybody encountered the same problem before can share. Thanks a lot!

may i know which log files i should check?

Look at base server log, if you don't find anything then you may try checking the log directory with last modified date/time. Restarting the od server or macine once may help and if it still produce the same error then contacting support will be good.
