Filesite Shortcuts

Hi all

I have a request from my firm to sort out an issue with the workspace shortcuts. If you click on a shortcut nothing displays in the right hand panel (Outlook 2003). The firm would like either a report based on the workspace or even the web form to appear for the workspace.

They have seen this in a demo for a workflow product so they are sure it can be done. I have had a look and I can't find anything on this. My feeling is that I need to write an add-in and capture the click and read the info at this point but this is just a feeling and I haven't started to delve deeper into this. The other possibility is that it is linked to sharepoint which we do not have running at present but are looking to use in the next year.

We are on Worksite 8.0.69, Filesite (Mailsite) 8.0.99 (SP1)

not sure how it's done by the demo but it cannot be done using the current SDK.
