Interwoven Content Transformation Services for TeamSite

My customer is about to use Interwoven Content Transformation Services for TeamSite to transform the HTML pages into printable format like DOC RTF and PDF. I want to know, if any one using this service, howz the efficiency and accuracy of output content. If there any data loss?

My customer is major financial giant and concerns about the Accuracy, Efficency and data loss if they use this.

Please share all of your experience , suggestions and recommendations to use Interwoven Content Transformation Services for TeamSite or if any similar 3rd party solution is available.
