Include Flash option in the HTML Editor

I am using teamsite 6.5.In the HTML Editor how to enable the Insert flash option kindly advise.

Hi all,
Does anyone happen to know how to do this? We have the same need to have a flash icon in the Ektron VFE toolbar which allows a user to insert a flash object in the editor. It seems so basic a need.

I have searched everywhere for information but cannot find any info. Including the 800 page ektron developers guide, all manuals, I tried Ektron's site, discussion forums, etc. Any thoughts on how to do this?

I certainly could just give editors a cheat sheet with manual instructions to enter the HTML themselves.

Have folks switched to Tiny MCE to get this feature?

Guess users are going to have to adopt TinyMCE.

I would advise NOT to allow user to insert a flash-movie into a rtf-field. For a proper flash-include you would need use javascript to sniff the flash-options&version and then decided if&how to include the flash movie. F.i. using SWFObject.js.

Your users will be much happier (and your cms must better designed) if you would offer them a structured way to include there flash movie including a fallback image!
