Teamsite.6.7.1 Installation error

I am trying to upgrade my teamsite 6.5 SP2 on windows 2003 SP1 server I am getting this error(see below) any idea where to find this missing file workflowModelertk.exe.

The installer you downloaded for TeamSite6.7.1 probably not extracted completely. to run the TS671 installation, mentioned file must be required so make sure. You can try extract the content once again and check this fine available in the directory.
