DCOM Access Denied error

All,

We have received the following error in our Windows Event Logs, and because of this error performance from the Web UI has been slow and has caused the browser to crash.

Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server. The server is:
{E826DDA1-DF1D-4B0D-9BC5-4FE59F523636}
The user is TSIMP_FURSE/FURSE, SID=S-1-5-21-140390912-281424832-2853803170-1050.

Anyone have any clue as to why the Windows event log is receiving this error?

If more info is needed, please let me know.

Currently its a TeamSite 6.5 SP1 server running on a Windows 2003 Standard Edition server.

I am certain it has nothing to do with the previous thread that mentions TS is not supported on 2003 Standard Edition.

No this is an existing TeamSite 6.5 SP1 server already running in our network. We have a new form in one of our branches that was working fine for a while and recently it has been crashing the browser. The only leads we have is the previous error out of the Window Events log.
