Ektron's VisualFormat

We are experiencing some issues with the VF supplied by the IW, we have a support case for that, but it does not look good.


So I've decided to install a new vetrsion of visualformat from ektron.

Which version should I get ?

I assume eWebEditPro?
Do I contact "Mike Provencher" from Ektron, as described in the $IW-HOME/httpd/iw/ewebeditpro20/UpgradeReadme.txt file?

Yes, eWebEditPro. About version, make sure with Interwoven Support which is the stable version, if you upgrade. You can also make search on DevNet, I remember, its been discussed many times so you might some more related information. For contact person, Ektron website must have information regarding this.
