TeamSite Virtual Drive(IFS) Giving Error

Hi All,

I am facing an error in the TeamSite Virtual drive (IFS). When I try to access any of the data folder within my TeamSite Virtual drive using file system, my system displays an error and re-starts. I am able to access the data folders and even able to make a form entry in the same using the content centre interface.
Has anyone faced a similar issue?
Also, when I go to TeamSite home directory\iw-webd and try to execute "iwwebd.exe" it doesnt starts and says "Access is denied: FastCGI: CreateMutex() failed"
Any pointers would be of great help.

If you are crashing when the filesystem is accessed, talk to support. There are tmes when it is wrong OS, others when it is Anti Virus SW.

What level of TS ? What hardware platorm ? OS & Rev ? Patches etc ?

Also you should not be running iwebd.exe frm the commandline

I also suggest some training.

I have installed TeamSite 6.5 sp1 on Windows 2003 server machine.
I re-started the iwwebd.exe from the services, but things didn't seem to work. So, i tried it from the command line and saw the error mentioned.
Let me know if you have any solutions.
