Report Center errors and warnings
JessicaD
TS 6.5 (Windows)
I ran reports for last month and the report center db doesn't have any data past 10/20. I checked the tsreport.log file and there are several errors and warnings. Does anyone know what these mean, how to stop them from occurring, and whether or not my data can be recovered?
ERROR - JMS Exception Listener found exception
ERROR - Exception occurred while connecting to JMS server
WARN - Could not create JNDI context: javax.naming.NamingException: Failed to connect to JNDI provider [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect]

I am also working through a similiar issue. Restart the teamsite reporting service and check for errors(this . Not sure why the connection to the reporting DB is lost and why it cannot recover at this point. I wil keep you posted on my progress. Basically the reporting service has waiting message handles in the event subsystem DB and is trying to compile the event and insert the info into the reporting DB but it is unable to contact the ts reporting DB.
