Can we initiate WF on click of PREVIEW Button present on the DCT form entry ?

Via FormAPI's callServer() function you could do so - but why would you want to initiate a workflow on Preview? Doing so on Generate might make sense - but generally you could use the existing functionality for initiating a workflow using the tt_data command in available_templates.cfg and let that kick in when you save/close the Edit DCR window.
